The process of booking was so simple and easy and within a week of viewing the property we were already confirmed to be living in it the next year. The landlord is so lovely and the agents give provided us with our own mattress protectors and spare keys. Any maintenance issues have been dealt with swiftly and appropriately. The location is great and the offices are easily located on north hill. Would recommend

Haven’t had more than two issues this year and both seat with swiftly. Don’t have much to say about them. Sometimes communication is bit slow but otherwise is fine

Had a really good experience with student life for my last year. Easy communication in regards to booking and the landlord is great. She communicates quickly and any queries or issues with have are dealt with efficiently. Kitchen can get over heated and steamy but the windows do open and help. The bedrooms are really spacious with loads of storage and natural light. Lots of stairs so moving in was a bit of a struggle but i would definitely recommend to anyone

Student Life have been so easy to communicate with. Our landlord is so lovely and answers efficiently. The rooms are a good size with substantial storage and there are 2 bathrooms between 5 of us which is good. Our kitchen is a good size with lots of cupboard and fridge space for us all. The location is directly opposite the university and is so central to everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone

They have always responded quickly to our emails and any issues have been sorted. They are friendly and helpful

They’ve been a brilliant housing company, have been so attentive to any problems in the house and sent people round to fix issues straight away. They even replaced our entire boiler at the beginning of the year
