Stonehouse were very attentive towards any maintenance requests and promptly solved any of the issues we had. We had no problems with theses agents, and chose to resign with them for a second year.

My current house was being renovated when we signed the contract, so this meant photos on the website were irrelevant; however, the letting agent was clear on this so there was no confusion. Communication could have been slightly better, but considering how busy and stressful housing is, they were still helpful and moving in went smoothly. The house was clean, and functional, with any questions or fixes needed being tended to quickly.

Ive only just moved in but the whole process with them was genuinely so frustrating, they don’t respond to my emails, and lack communication so I’m worried about any issues that may potentially arise and their ability to respond

It is really easy to submit any issues and problems and they were all fixed really quickly. Really flexible with payments and key collection. Best agency i’ve been with out of the 3 years.

Stonehouse has been a great company to rent with so far. They are pretty prompt with maintenance requests and move-in was generally very easy.

Have signed with them for the past few years now. They’re really nice and very quick to fix any problems that may occur. Highly recommend

The landlord was mostly okay, sometimes they were issues with communicating regarding the deposit towards the end of the tenancy.
