We didn’t have the best start to our house with it being left in a bad state, however once complaining about this sjm properties got the house cleaned, repainted and replaced things that were broken such as the sofa. The agency have been helpful when we’ve had issues however sometimes it takes a bit of time for them to respond to our queries.

House wasn’t professionally clean when we arrived on move in day, it should’ve been checked before we arrived.

It was not cleaned properly on entry. And emails often get ignored for maintainace. Leaving us with faulty such as sofas and lights.
