The letting agency provided standard service with no major issues. While there were no standout positives, there were also no significant negative experiences to report. Overall, the rental process was satisfactory.

mouldy room, heating broken, letting agency won’t reply, when it was fixed left refuse in the bath. back gate was broken and never fixed. down stairs light broken and never fixed. broken furniture from previous tenant not replace. the bill cap so low you can’t put the heating on there for the mould is spreading and moving through the house

My experience with the letting agency was average at best. While they were able to find a rental property for me, their service lacked the personal touch and attention to detail that I was hoping for. Additionally, there were some delays and miscommunications that made the process more stressful than it needed to be.

My experience with the letting agency was neither particularly positive nor negative. While they were able to find a suitable rental property for me, there were a few minor issues and miscommunications that made the process slightly frustrating. The contract was fairly clear. They sort out issues in a reasonable amount of time e.g. a plumbing issue we had. Waiting to see if we get our deposit back.

Everytime I have had a problem or querie simply students have always been there to help for example our house did not come with a bathroom mirror so we expressed this to simply students and they came and fitted one as soon as possible

Some houses are of quality but the rest are not. Mould, poor infrastructure, broken and outdated things is consistent across 95% of the houses. They’re not homely and where I’d choose to live. Housing company doesn’t care about issues that can impacts health (no fire blankets, no working fire alarms, black mould, no keys for back fire exit)

So far (as i’m only in first year) simply students have given me and my house mates no hassle. It was easy to arrange a viewing for a house and put a deposit down. The agents were very friendly and helpful and gave lots of information on all the documents we needed.

Overall I really like the living area at Westfield court, it is very modern and everything’s in really good condition. The receptionist are all so lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. Overall it is very nice and would recommend however the only downside is the cost of the accommodation.

They have provided us with a very nice house for this academic year after one of our housemates dropped out and we had to change houses. However we have had problems with the letting agents and handy men walking into our home without notice or announcing themself on various occasions and even letting themselves into our rooms.
