Overall, our experience with Scott Fraser has been mixed. There have been positives to our experience of renting through them, and we appreciate the support provided when things run smoothly. However, communication has been an area that needs improvement. Important information has not always been shared with us in a timely manner, and responses to queries can be slow. This can leave us feeling unsure about what is happening and means we sometimes have to chase things up ourselves. As tenants, we would appreciate clearer communication, more regular updates and quicker responses to any questions or concerns. With improvements in these areas, the overall renting experience could be much better.
