Overall, when we arrived at the address the house was in good order. It was clean and maintained well but still had a few issues which I raised immediately. The main issues I raised were that my bed was nearly broken and that we had no access to our meter readings outside. These issues were not addressed quickly and took months to sort out. This was after numerous emails and reminders that we had no access to the outside and that my bed needed replacing. Other issues have been raised over the year and the normal response time is usually quite slow. However, the office responds reasonably quickly and is normally quite helpful.

The house was well maintained, gardeners kept up to date with the land. However, it took some time for them to fix anything if we had reported it
