Only ever had good experiences with Robinsons concerning all issues rent, maintenance and communication.

Robinson’s quickly reply to all our queries and help us solve any issues without any obstacles in time and communication. We have had issues with mould but they are very fast to send someone to remove it. They let us know if there is a viewing or if they are coming to check the property so we are always prepared for their arrival. We have had no issues with this agency.

After noticing a mould issue in the kitchen after moving in, they were quick to replace the kitchen before September. They also were helpful when we had issues with damp and purchased dehumidifiers for each bedroom. We could contact a handyman for any problems and we always got a quick response. After moving out, we received our full deposit back within the timeframe we were told.
