We had a really positive experience with RMA Agency. From the beginning, they were extremely hands-on and helpful, making sure everything was organised and that we were supported throughout the entire process.

Communication was consistently excellent. They were always easy to get hold of, quick to respond and very clear in their communication. We never felt as though we were being given conflicting information between the agency and our landlord, which made the whole experience much smoother and less stressful.

They were also very proactive when it came to paperwork and documentation, regularly keeping on top of everything and making sure things were moving forward. They were particularly understanding and accommodating when we were away on holiday, giving us extensions where needed to complete and return documents rather than making the process unnecessarily stressful.

Overall, we really appreciated how approachable, organised and accommodating the team were. We felt that they genuinely wanted to help us get everything sorted and made themselves available whenever we needed assistance. It’s clear that they take a hands-on approach and care about providing a good experience for their tenants.

House in good condition. RMA has quick replies and good communication. Set up a viewing of the house in the same week. Repairs and everything else dealt with by our landlord.

House was viewed and then chosen, was smooth to get the house. Were very patient with any issues we had regarding putting our details in or guarantors ect. Issues stemmed from when we moved in, only way of contacting them was mostly through phone call as emails weren’t answered. Issues were only taken seriously once we called multiple times. Issues still are not dealt with til now.

Had a great experience so far! Lovely house in a good condition, and landlord is very helpful, would recommend
