Going into 2nd year, the process of acquiring a house was confusing. They made the process easy and if I ran into any problems they got back to me as soon as possible. Simple and very good
The deposit was returned. Knew my tenant’s rights and the agency maintained the house with them being quick to solve issues.
Good house at a good price, but we found it difficult to communicate with estate agents with them sending confusing emails and taking a while to respond to emails.
