The problem with damp and a leak in my room. Been waiting over 2 months for it to be sorted.

honest company, great with house viewings and understanding of wear and tear on houses over the year, i received my full deposit on move out date so was a happy tenant while with Westgate

The house is nice and well maintained, garden area not so much. Repairs were carried out in good time. Not always very responsive when sorting contracts.

The house was well maintained however the outdoor space including the back garden was left untidy. Repairs are carried out quickly and efficiently. Sometimes slow to respond to emails regarding contracts.

Westgate was fairly slow to respond to any issues raised within the property, so we ended up just directly speaking to our landlord, even though we were advised to contact our letting agents (Westgate). That was the only real issue we ran into. Other than that they were okay.
