Price is very high but good location alright condition of accommodation but repairs take time due to inept contractors but the uni is very prompt with responding and sending them out, heating is reasonable but the cleaners are hit or miss in that some are lazy and just sit on there phones in the communal area but others are very nice and go above and beyond for the students and clearly take pride in there work, there is a similar situation with campus security some are very nice and work hard while others are rude and unnecessarily aggressive with students, so the university are doing a good job but sometimes hire the wrong people and sometimes hire great ones it’s just a matter of luck who you deal with.
I’ve really enjoyed the university accommodation as it has great facilities including great rooms and kitchen.
The university Accommodation was in a good condition when I first arrived. It is maintained in a good condition and service are quick and helpful.
I can not complain at all about my stay at Wantage Halls. Everything has run very smoothly with no disruptions at all. I can consistently rely on everything working.
The flat is in good shape with the kitchen being clean having everything you need. Rooms are spacious with a nice layout and bathrooms have everything you need.
Pretty good place not many issues apart from mushrooms in shower but they normally get chopped off relatively quickly when reported

The maintenance team are quick to fix any issues, warm building, radiators work, not much storage space but this is common for university accommodation.
There are no big issues with Greenow House accommodation; however, there are a few smaller ones. The fan in the bathrooms (en suites) is terribly loud and slightly worrying sometimes. Also, mundane items such as our flat hoover have been broken and reported, but it has been months, and there is still no new hoover.
UPP have been a good agency to rent from this year. Any maintenance issues have been resolved very quickly, with most being resolved same day. They staff are always friendly and it has been a pleasure to rent here
Whenever we had maintenance issues they were always fixed quickly and we were never charged. We also had no problems resigning the same house for next year. Also they were very understanding and accommodating when one of us didn’t have a UK guarantor.
Reported issues like main light not working unless en suite light was on, they wouldn’t fix while I wasn’t in the room, but came into my room without any warning while I wasn’t in (and locked me out) due to me mentioning that the shower temperature wasn’t consistent when the room inspection was conducted. Shower temperature still not fixed. Lift broken too, they’ve said about knowing it’s broken but don’t seem to be doing anything to fix it and haven’t given us an idea of how long it will take to fix
UPP has phone numbers that you can call at any time and an app to log problems you have. Sometimes the app doesn’t work for certain features but on the whole, they’re very good at responding to any issues. The properties feel safe and are cleaned before moving in. In prior experience, I’ve heard no issue with getting back deposits.
Adam’s estates are prompt at replying to issues and give out great advice. For example, about maintaining the property during winter time.
UPP were quick to fix any problems with the accommodation
They are often quick to fix problems but send lots of emails that are often for other halls which can be slightly annoying.
I like living in halls and the facilities are very good for the rent, my room is spacious and accommodates my needs very well. I love the location as it’s close to campus.
Maintenance has been lifesaver so many times; easy to contact, quick to respond and help, always reliable and friendly. The accommodation is a great space and helps to very easy living.
The letting agency provided good information upon enquiries and quick responses to questions/issues. Communication was sufficient and quality of living was good throughout my stay.
The halls are well maintained and UPP are quick to fix any problems that are reported. The communal areas are kept clean and tidy. The areas around the outside of the halls are well maintained. For example, cutting the grass and gardening. If there are any issues UPP are quick to tell us and then resolve them.
Living in halls has been a fun experience and I have enjoyed it. All issues reported were fixed within two days and they were very helpful. All together a good experience. I don’t think I will receive the full deposit because some people broke ceiling tiles or the very front door

The flat is generally decent. Outdated kitchen equipment, and slight wear and tear to the walls, but generally nice.
My kitchen is always clean and the rooms are nice. Although we have had multiple issues with heating, where we’ve been without for 14 days in total since September. We have also had issues with hot water leading on a few occasions, and had to lend my shower out to other flats for that reason. Apart from these issues, the flats have been well maintained and and the furniture is in good condition.
The house was cleaned to a high standard allowing it to be easily maintained. 80% of the time they were quick to respond to/resolve issues. They do regular inspections and give you a respectable amount of notice. They are always updating you via the app and through emails. I received my full deposit back with no issues. Would highly recommend their accommodation.
