Daniel at Reading Lettings was very efficient and responsive when we were completing the whole process. They were flexible with viewing dates and times, and the deposit process and contract signing were smooth and quick. When tenants were viewing the house for the following year, they always gave 24-hour notice via phone call. Reading Lettings doesn’t manage the maintenance on our house, this is directly through our landlord. I would recommend them to friends and other students, I had a much better experience with them than with other estate agents in Reading.

In my experience, Daniel from Reading Lettings was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to contact and responded to any and all queries as best he could. The communication from Reading Lettings has been very efficient; giving us current girls living in the property plenty of notice before other people came to visit the house and were very understanding if we wanted to change time or date.

The letting agency has been very helpful the whole year with any issues, including maintenance and upkeep of the property. Always an open line of communication for problems that we might come into and quick responses from them.
