It was a quick easy process and it was very helpful.

As a whole I would fully recommend Adams Estates as a company to rent from.Very quick process before moving in. Good communication , they was quick and clear in their email . Excellent services and they was very helpful and attentive to us . All the houses presented to us , was all very good .

Adams has many student properties in Reading. Their communication isn’t very personable – maybe because they have so many houses to manage. Maintenance was managed through the estate agents – they were always quick at coming to fix the issue – but most issues we had reoccurred, unclear whether this was due to not being fixed properly previously. They were ruthless when it came to deposit deductions. Wear and tear seemed subjective – if your room looked like it had been lived in they found a way to charge you for it. There was a lot of miscommunication at various points in the year, this could have been solved if we had a designated estate agent that we dealt with every time.

Very prompt in their reply, they take really good considerations about our renting criteria’s, their offer a wide selections of house viewing, and they made the whole renting process smooth and easy.

Our letting agency has been very helpful with the whole process of finding somewhere affordable and explaining the details of our contract. I would recommend this agency to other students who are unsure of where to start when looking at properties to rent or students who appreciate good customer service.

The letting agent didn’t manage the house but in the process of letting it they were very clear and communication was good.

The property looked presentable when moving in but quickly discovered some issues that needed sorting. These maintenance issues have now been resolved but many of these took a long time to be sorted. We also found it hard to communicate emergency issues and get a response at out-of-hour times. However, the contract we received explained our rights in full and detailed the terms of residence.

Prompt to look at any issues with the house however slow to act on issues.

Always sorted out our complaints and allowed us to easily keep the same tenancy for 2 years. Also, they were very understanding when one of us did not have a UK guarantor
