The guys that worked in the office where very helpful and friendly, they made the viewing and signing on process easy and simple to do. Only down side was the landlord trying to steel our deposit and illegally holding it himself which is no fault of the provisional property’s but they could check to avoid using landlords that do this in future.

So far our property has been relatively problem-free aside from a few issues with the boiler which the landlord was very quick to sort for us, the letting agents were lenient with deadlines for paperwork and were even very helpful in finding us a replacement housemate for the one who cancelled.
