Enjoyed my stay as it was a good year with my friends, the maintenance wasn’t great and due to the WiFi being TOOB I was required always to submit my assignments early. This was said on the university website. Good house, bad WiFi.

Awful company, the WiFi they use is toob WiFi which couldn’t get you a guaranteed 1MB of download speed. Pricing is horrible don’t go near.

Good letting agency, nothing bad to speak about with them regarding the letting agency! They’ve done a good job, tbf.

Overall this house was pretty good. The kitchen area was clean when we moved in and the living room came with 2 sofas. The agency itself was pretty difficult to get a hold of and they only really emailed when they needed something.

The house I was in was in a good location, the kitchen area was quite small, but the bedrooms had everything you needed, and the beds were all doubles. The agency itself we didn’t have much contact with apart from email, and the contract was easy to navigate, so overall pretty good.

This agency was not the best, as the houses are nicer with other agencies, and they didn’t really respond to our messages very well. The rooms came with the basics, and the kitchen was quite spacious.

This agency was okay, the house wasn’t as nice as some other people’s houses I have been to and the rooms as quite variable in size, making it a bit unfair for some people. We had a couple of issues in the kitchen, but they eventually did some and sorted them out; however, this did take quite a long time. Overall, it was fine, but I know people have had a better time with other agencies.

The house was in a very presentable state and looked fairly modern and very clean in a much better state than most other student properties I have ever seen however it took us only half a dozen weeks to uncover the truth of the infestation of black mold behind every conceivable surface, under the beds and the cupboards and sofas a dark secret was nestled behind. One’s self is not disheartened by a manageable virulence of such an affair; despite this, the foe at hand was prodigious enough to pay rent itself. One self dreads the adversary hath stricken thee infirm.

Nice house, which has been done up to look modern, but maintenance can take a while to get things fixed.

The house has been left in an ok state at best. There is a serious mould problem in most rooms. Some repairs have been prompt, but others less so; one of the bathroom ceilings was leaking rainwater for several weeks. However, the house is good value for money when you can see past the maintenance issues. Sometimes it is a bit cold, but other than that,t spacious with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Not brilliant, constantly don’t maintain properties and leave all maintenance to the last minute if it’s not essential. If it is essential, they will do a botch job within the week. Painted over black mould in rooms and only responds properly when called, not via email.

I had a positive experience renting with Poshpads in Southampton. The staff were friendly and professional, and the property was in good condition and fairly priced. They were accommodating to student needs, and maintenance issues were handled promptly. While communication could be slow at busy times, the overall process was smooth and stress-free. I’d recommend Poshpads to students looking for reliable housing in Southampton!

Really good experience so far, we’ve had multiple maintenance queries which have been dealt with very quickly and easily.

Great house, 10 minutes walk from Highfield campus. However, the house is poorly maintained and decorated. The walls are chipped and cracked, and the carpets are coming up. We have had several problems with the house maintenance, ranging from a dangerous garden shed to leaks. These have been dealt with very slowly and at varying levels of satisfactory completion. Posh pads are good at communicating from their end on issues; however, it can be difficult to communicate with them when the maintenance is unsatisfactory. I would not go with them again.

Rented via a student letting agency. Not communicative and will just say issues have been completed when nothing has been done.

Great house in a good location and well managed.
