The house is a shambles and they are usually rude when responding to us. They act like we are children
It was abit unclean when tenancy started and had to request blinds that worked and chair that hadn’t got a hole in it and a room repainted as was done poorly, one of the girls wardrobe broke and have taken a month to replace the rail, other things are very timely though like when washing machine broke.
