Overall, we had a great experience with PM Properties. Our landlord, Chris, was very responsive to our queries and issues we had during our tenancy. Problems that occurred were responded to within 24 hours.
We were fully informed of our rights as tenants and they maintained good communication with us throughout.
At the end of our tenancy, we were deducted part of our deposit due to excess use of energy, which came to around £50 per person. As somebody who didn’t use energy in excess this was annoying, however some housemates did use this in excess, so it was justified. We were not deducted for anything that was deemed unreasonable.
Overall, a great experience and lovely staff.
They do a good job of making sure that maintenance concerns are addressed. There tends to be a bit of a delay in the repair/replacement but overall the communication is good and it feels like they are actively trying to do their best. Very thorough process when handing over the keys to the property, they go over every concern. Everything managed easily via an app.
