They do a good job of making sure that maintenance concerns are addressed. There tends to be a bit of a delay in the repair/replacement but overall the communication is good and it feels like they are actively trying to do their best. Very thorough process when handing over the keys to the property, they go over every concern. Everything managed easily via an app.
