I have lived at IQ Pavilions for all three years at university. I have found the reception staff on-site extremely friendly, always around and happy to help. The maintenance team are also super friendly, and they respond to maintenance requests promptly. The flat I live in is one of the more affordable ones, and it is nice and spacious compared to a lot of other accommodations who alos charge a much higher price. It comes with all the furniture you need, with plenty of storage in the room and plenty of room in the kitchen for cooking, relaxing and hosting friends. I have spent a lot of time using the study rooms, which offer multiple quiet, comfy rooms to study in, and also rooms you can privately book to study. I would highly recommend IQ Pavilions, a cheaper alternative to university-owned accommodation, but still being practically on campus.
Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The routine of getting parcels and post to you works perfectly. Complaints were dealt with amazingly. Clean and nice facilities. Very good for the price!
