I’ve had a great second year experience with Oasis not much has gone wrong.
When we arrived at the property a load of rubbish was left in front of the house eg coaches, raw chicken, mouldy food which made us get rats. A lot of things were broken when we arrived aswell I had no draws for 3/4 months and was living out of a suitcase even tho I logged and rang them a lot. The WiFi doesn’t work and does not reach our rooms even tho we have told them they don’t help. Once problems have been logged and you’ve rang them a couple of times they are quick to come out. Cleaners come every month and are really friendly, and so are the maintenance guys.
Oasis Properties has been really helpful with all kinds of communication during my stay. They take prompt action on all complaints and fix issues. Their online portal for rent is also helpful for online payment.
