We rented the same house from Zebra student property for 2 years whilst at university. Whilst they do hold you to high standards in terms of how you keep the property, it must be said they are very responsive and quick to sort any repairs.

rooms are big and furniture is ok, landlord always keeps us in the loop. quick to repair issues.

very good in terms of sorting any issues out, do maybe expect house to be kept at a unreasonable cleanliness level and do not like any issues with noise complaints

Been with Shabana for just shy of a year now and must say she has been very impressive. She has organised some work to be done over easter.

Landlord is always around if we need anything, think he owns other properties locally. Doesn’t really give us to much hassle just drops when he needs to. The kitchen is nice and modern with plenty of cupboard space for snacks like crisps and other food.
