Quick to solve issues within the house like a dryer that no longer worked and shower that was constantly leaking. No Deposit needed either for the house.
House is well maintained, there have been a few issues over the year however they have all been fixed in a timely manner. Main issue that keeps appearing is the boiler breaks every few weeks or so and in a house of 4 people that play sport most days this is quite a large issue however as stated before the landlord is always very quick to sort this out
WB Let’s are very good, any issues which we have with the flat they are helpful and sort what needs to be sorted
The letting Agency were quick to resolve any issues to do with lighting, plumbing etc. They also provided an explanation of the contract before paying the deposit.
The letting agency provided us with a contract and gave us time to read it and understand it. The house was in great condition but had too many rules as the previous tenants didn’t take good care of the house. It felt like we were left with the consequences of their wrongdoings. Building work was being done took 1 extra month to finish than when supposed to. Builders were smoking and we got the blame
