Good at fixing general house issues, quick with emails and stuff. Up keep of house issues a bit iffy.

The house was in okay condition, pre-existing mold, ruined couch and unfinished paint jobs but was clean enough. Not quick enough to sort things, took 3 weeks to get wifi until we got the council involved, doesn’t keep track of jobs. Good price but bad service

Not quick at sorting issues, was without heating for 2 weeks. Communication is not great either and didn’t sort of bins.

Poor communication and slow response times when addressing issues. For example, it has been over a week and the radiator still has not been fixed, leaving my room without heat

House maintained pretty well, quick to react to things that need repairing, especially when we first moved in. Sometimes issues with communication and getting a response back but overall good. We were provided with the contract when first signing the house and know our rights as tenants

They are not quick at sorting things unfortunately. the garden was left a complete mess when we got there however they have now sorted that.

Landlord is loverly and fixes issues very quickly but took a while to get internet fixed in and couldn’t get the keys when we wanted

I live near faradays, it’s a great area and the flats are quite nice. No parking nearby which is a shame and the stairwell leaks. Place is cheapest around tho.

Quick responses about being able to do a house review on multiple houses. The house was clean and the residents were aware that we were going to view. Easily able to confirm the house as responses to questions and queries were answered quickly and forms were sent out once we had said we wanted it. All of the information needed was given to us and all was explained by the person that gave us the viewing.

I would like to start by saying the quality of the house was visible upon entry. It was well kept and had a clean environment. Any issues were dealt with swiftly and left us satisfied.

We were given a full open tour of the house showing to us how well of a condition it was kept in and to give us an idea of how we would be living next year. This made it much easier to make a decision as we were all able to come together easily to make a decision about choosing to rent this house next year as a collective.

This house is really nice, mainly because the kitchen is massive. There’s loads of space to cook, eat, and just chill without it feeling cramped. The worktops are big, there’s loads of cupboard space, and you could easily have a few people in there at once without getting in each other’s way. It would be great for family dinners or having friends round, as everyone would probably end up in the kitchen. The main bedroom also has a really nice en-suite, which makes it feel a bit more private and comfortable. Overall, it’s a spacious, practical house that feels homely and easy to live in.

The obtaining of the letting companies details was very easy and the way in which they organised a viewing for us was simple but effective. The viewing was really good the estate agent new what they were doing and we got an in depth viewing to every room. Placing a deposit on the house was a simple process and we were all able to do so in a day. Overall, this was a good experience.

The people working there are very straightforward and not very welcoming but they do a good job of recommending great houses and giving you lots of options. The renting process is relatively easy but long. Make sure to have some patience. The house itself is nice and at a good price.

Do not rent student accommodation through this agency. The properties are awful and they do not respond to issues in a timely manner. There were so many issues and nothing seems to get fixed even after multiple communications. They are fast to take deposits but can’t repair a single thing…would definitely not recommend
