House was very nice and clean when we first moved in and well maintained. All issues were eventually solved however it dod take a while for them to reply to any queries/issues we had. Usually took around 3/4 days for a reply and a week for an issue to be sorted.

theyve been good at responding to emails and getting things sorted as needed throughs the last two years of using their services. However these aren’t always responded to or acted upon in a timely manner
