Me and friends stayed in a Cunningham property in the years 24/25. It was in clean condition on arrival. All rooms were secure, spacious, warm and clear of mould/damp. Well equipped kitchen and utility room. Spacious garden. When had roof damage from a storm Cunningham were fast to act to get the damage inspected and repaired, with correspondence and clarity throughout. I would thoroughly recommend them as letting agent.
