Comfort Estates have been a good agency, any issues have been sorted fairly quickly and they have been great at giving us notice for any maintenance being held out.

Did have a few complications when applying for the house, having to sign multiple different documents which were the same and having the price of our house increase from the agreed amount. They are usually quick to respond when we have had issues, though actually solving the issues has often been a longer process e.g. our microwave stopped working and we informed them, yet it took us multiple times to remind them and ask when a new one was going to arrive (we were without a microwave for 3 weeks). We have also been without 24 hours notice on a couple of occasions with our landlord just popping in or viewings occurring which has been new news to us. In general my experience with them hasn’t been great but not sure if it’s just our house landlord and or lead maintenance which has been the issue versus it actually being the company itself.

House was in really good quality. They were really good at getting things fixed if there are any issues. Landlord was really nice so felt good renting his house. Nice and spacious area to live in.

Whenever we have a problem they sort it straight away sometimes hard to contact but other than that fine. Our landlord never speaks to us only through the estate which is a long process.

Quite slow at solving problems but when they do they solve it and I like the manager. Have had quite a few problems even though expensive rent.
