Buxton Properties Reviews I Student Letting Agents – WhichPad

I had a wonderful time in my second year university house on Balfour Road with Buxton Properties. They were very helpful, the house was in great condition and Sarah and the team were always there to help with any problems we had (even if it was about the fire alarm at 11pm on a sunday!). Massively recommend letting with Buxton Properties, you will have a great year in safe hands!!!

I had an excellent time in my second year university house last year. Sarah at Buxton properties was fabulous all-year round helping us with any problems, and Ian, our maintenance man, was very efficient and so helpful in any times of need. Our house was in pristine condition when we moved in and that was exactly how we left it when we moved out, allowing us our full deposit back! I couldn’t recommend buxton properties enough- you’re in for a great year with them!!

They have been excellent with our house so far! Whenever we have had any issues they are very quick to get back to us.
