Our landlord is amazing, she fixes everything within 48 hours. The house was in great shape when we moved in and she clearly cares about the property a lot. Flat is a bit cold but that’s an architectural issue rather than anything she can control. We’ve not had much to do with the actual agents but signing was easy and when they’ve been viewings for next year we’ve had plant of notice and they only show it between 10 and 14 to minimise disruption for us
