Seekers have not responded to any maintenance issues quickly. When we first moved into the property the kitchen floorboards were broken and this took over 3 months to resolve. It must be noted that when they conducted an inspection on our property all issues in the house that were highlighted by them were dealt with promptly. The issue with Seekers is their failure to inform tenants when there will be maintenance visiting the property. On numerous occasions we have had builders ringing our doorbell at 7/8 am with no notice, it is only later on that day that they inform us. However, due to us having a bad experience with builders who have been on the property almost daily for a month to fix a leak on our balcony, we reached out to Seekers to highlight our concerns. Seekers were very polite in their response and took the necessary actions with the building company. This was greatly appreciated.
