My experience with this letting agent was disappointing. The key collection was extremely poorly organised, leading to a significant delay in getting into the property. Despite being told that everything was complete, there was no communication about what was actually still outstanding, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion on move-in day. A little transparency and clearer communication would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend them.
