Any problem we’ve had has been resolved quickly and efficiently. We got the house in a good condition and the only problems we’ve had have been minor and nothing that could’ve be solved within the same week.

They were quick to solve any issues that the property had and gave updates when waiting for a repair. They made finding the house and signing the contracts stress free and explained the terms in user friendly ways. The letting agency thoroughly photographed the property prior to our moving in date cataloging the condition of the house and furniture ensuring we wouldn’t be charged for damage we did not cause. Other than lost items on our behalf we received the full damage deposit back within a week of the end of the tenancy.

Very attentive to any issues brought to them within a very short period of time and are easy to get in contact with.

Ridley is very prompt to solve any maintenance issues and is a strong point of contact throughout tenancy. The houses are clean and of high quality. I would definitely say it is a pricier letting agency compared to others though.

My house with Ridley properties from 2025-2026 has been amazing so far. Any issues we have raised have been fixed as quick as 2 days. Our main shower broke and was fixed within 48 hours, the same with our washing machine. Could not recommend this letting agent more.

Ridley properties is a fantastic company to let with, they provide excellent service and professionalism. The team is responsive, helpful and makes the process of reporting and resolving maintenance stress free. The properties are well maintained, the only downside is the pricing is on the higher side but I have not had a better experience with a letting agency so it’s a great choice.

I have been living in a Ridley properties flat for 3 years now and although there have been issues with each of them, when the company has been notified about these issues the response time has generally been very quick and apart from one or two issues, all have been fixed very quickly. The landlord was also very reasonable regarding the change in rent due to the cost of living increase at the start of last year . v
