We were charged for plumbing repairs that never fixed the problem and, following a £300 professional clean, our full deposit was not returned as it was not cleaned to a ‘professional standard’. Sadly, an amazing year of university was tarnished due to living in a house of constant mould and plumbing problems. Would not recommend!
