Overall, I had a positive experience renting through Redsdale Properties. The property was generally well maintained, and any issues that came up during the tenancy were dealt with, although sometimes it took a little longer than expected to get things resolved like the dryer it took quite a long time to be fixed. Communication with the team was mostly clear and professional, and they were helpful when explaining the tenancy agreement and what was expected of me as a tenant.

The house was well maintained when taken to view and when we said we were interested, they were very helpful with providing information and giving clear instructions as to what our next steps were regarding the deposit and making sure to read the contract thoroughly and when asked questions they gave good responses. Only issue is when contacting them online through messages sometimes there can be a bit of a delay with responses.
