Pressure non existent, mouldy upstairs, the grout is awful, the water from the tap stinks and smells mouldy.

They are fairly efficient when it comes to getting bigger issues sorted quickly such as the heating or a leaking shower. All of the work-people they send round to fix things are really lovely and helpful. They are easy to contact when you need to but the house as a whole could do with some tlc and updating.

The house is in an ok condition, some cracking and structural issues but it was clean upon move in. We’ve had a few issues in terms of maintenance which haven’t been resolved, and are still causing issues!

Moved into a student house with Pat Robson – the property was nice and newly furnished however within a week of moving in we had a gas leak. Also, some of the appliances weren’t working upon our arrival so this took a while to get sorted and was quite annoying. Didn’t get the full deposit back, and tried to charge us quite a lot for fees when moving out. Overall nice property and did eventually fix things when we submitted a report, but probably wouldn’t go with them again.

We arrived at a clean house. We had some issues with the water pressure that were fixed the day after we informed them. They explained the contract over email. It took them a month to return our deposit and remove £300 for cleaning despite us believing we did a good job at cleaning ourselves. —

I was in a house of 6 students, it was a lovely house however did come with some issues. We would report these issues and sometimes not hear back for a while and when we did the service was always prolonged because of, whatever reason for example the washing machine and oven. The staff however were always very professional and lovely but never went above and beyond.
