Slow to solve problems, tried to take £900 of our deposit which was then reduced to £125 when we disputed it. Fined us for having a party which was not in our agreement and was eventually refunded. House was also left in an unclean state for when we first moved in.

Park lets responds quickly to any issues or complaints, all issues have been resolved within the week and often even the day such as fixing bathroom fan, bleeding radiators and replacing dryer. They were effective in assisting with a tenancy takeover which was much appreciated.

Excellent maintenance men that are really nice guys but the house looks a lot nicer than it actually is in terms of quality, woman that runs the house so kind of the letting agent isn’t that nice either and can get annoyed but as said before maintenance blokes are class.
