Since we have moved into our house, we have had many problems that Mansons have worked hard to solve. Although on occasion we have been waiting a while, we have been reassured things will get sorted. However, there were a few issues with signing the contracts and we have not yet received our deposit back. I personally wouldn’t rent with them again, however they have tried to make our experience better when it comes to sorting issues we have had. We are still currently awaiting a new washing machine and a Yale lock on our front door which we are hoping will get sorted soon as the door does not shut without us manually locking it and has been left open on many occasions which is dangerous. I am hoping they understand the severity of the situation and hopefully turn things around.

Mansons have been great so far I my bedrrom flooded it was fixed in a day we have had issues with flood in other parts and they were great again good communication and. Very helpful

The house is well maintained and they respond to any problems reasonably quickly. Also were helpful with moving in and key collection.

Wouldn’t recommend them we have had persistent mould in our house and they have told us to clean it ourselves despite it frequently reappearing

Our landlord had come into the property on a couple of occasions without notice and it did feel invasive at the beginning of the year. There was a lot of disruption in the house with different trades coming to work on the house on numerous occasions. Since Christmas that has all stopped and we have had an easier 2nd Semester
