The property was well maintained, and they fixed any problems we had. The deposit was returned in full.
They have been somewhat reliable when presented with issues and complaints not covered by the contract, such as dealing with mould or replacing faulty items. The house was decently maintained before our tenancy started with there still being damp and water stains on the roofs of some rooms. Haven’t completed my tenecy so have not got my deposit back
When booking with Fraser grant, there were multiple issues at the start of our tenancy, however once submitted into the portal it was resolved within the 2 week period. We have had minimal issues with this company and highly reccomend the letting agency

House was handed over in a good state and was maintained well throughout the tenancy with any requests for repairs done in a timely manner. Deposit was given back in good time and had no issues throughout the tenancy
