Pretty quick solving problems however can be hard to get hold of, communication could be improved. Good in depth reviews they give of damage and things before you move in so everyone’s aware what problems there are however they missed quite a lot off- things that were obvious eg. a big scratch in paint or dent , but they logged the tiny chip right next to it? so not sure if that’s them being cheeky or what . We had to buy our own shower curtains, sort out fuses in the boiler ourself and sort out the (extremely old and frankly dangerous) boiler ourself for the most part. Plumber sent was very good and helpful but certain things really should’ve been sorted and checked before we moved in. Or at very least come with instructions. Also couple hours before we got our keys they did a check (after the time it said we could get keys but luckily for them we were arriving later) and found it was dirty so got cleaners in to come and sort it out, which was appreciated, however it was still very dirty. Cobwebs everywhere, hairs (assuming from previous tenants) and general dust and dirt. Not in hard-to-reach places so could’ve easily been cleaned. Can’t really blame them for this as it is more on the cleaners but it all would’ve been from the previous tenants and that isn’t great. The house itself is super old and needs lots of upgrades, the fridge is absolutely rubbish we had to replace the light in it ourselves, no storage really anywhere no shelves in bedrooms just a set of drawers and cupboard is all. Lots of random and dangerous wiring everywhere very old, and the front of our letterbox is just propped up inside, not attached! To be fair few things we just haven’t bothered to reach out with and get fixed because they would just be here all the time and it would be a nightmare. Not sure if these things are strictly landlord problems but they should at least have better quality assurance
