Been a few times where I’ve tried to reach out to them via email about the student house I’m renting from them and have had very delayed responses or no response at all. Best off ringing them up to get answers straight away.

Had a great experience with this company and would recommend them to everyone, due to them being so student friendly and having great staff who are always great.

Fairly good letting agent- not a lot of work to do. Unihomes good service for bills. Quick fixes from landlord when anything broken

House is maintained well and any problems are sorted quickly, few problems with the boiler when we arrived but they sorted it straight away, over all can’t complain, they’re nice people

Letting agent was very poor throughout the process, often didn’t respond to emails regarding sorting the house for days on end. They also use an app called canopy which was a nightmare. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to Brunton.

Not so good at admin, always email saying things haven’t been signed when it has already been confirmed it is done.

We haven’t moved in yet but our agents have been great at getting back to us and answering our questions as freshers looking for a house next year

we’ve had a few issues with the house, most of which, including a broken extractor fan, were fixed quickly and some of which, such as only being provided three dining chairs for a house of six, have been resolved but took multiple follow up emails to see results.

My agent uses a private landlord who is brilliant at communication and sorting problems right away the man who fixes things is great clean the front and back of house of leaves and fixes anything upon request. We haven’t received our deposit back yet as we are still living in the property
