We accept that we mistakenly sent the payment to the letting company instead of the landlord. However, they held the money for over 3 weeks without informing us, almost resulting in us being unable to move in. Once we contacted them, they transferred it to the landlord immediately. Poor communication and an extremely stressful situation that could easily have been avoided.

House is well maintained. Still some unresolved issues which have been brought up but overall fine. Quick to send people out to fix any urgent problems.

House was maintained well, and contacting the agency was easy with good reply times. Signing the contract was as easy as possible

Bowson are easy to contact and follow up on queries quickly or act on request fast. they have been very helpful since i have moved in.
