The letting agency has been very good at dealing with any issues that we had as a house. When we had issues with the boiler they came over right away and have always communicated with us about the invoices and any reminders for payments.
All a very smooth process, was easy to contact and very helpful when needed! Would recommend.
The letting agency provided a lot of documents and required us to sign several documents explaining our rights as tenants and the terms and conditions. They have been very quick to respond to any queries we have had and any issues. They came round the other week to check for damp and take pictures, I am happy that they are conducting their own checks for the landlord to see. I am generally very happy with the letting agency.
Really pleased with my experience with Bailey & Co. We arranged the flat viewing overseas and the agent made this really easy for us. Communication was quick and easy. We had an issue with our heating which was responded to promptly and effectively. The property came with a full information notices about how to operate the property. Overall very smooth experience. Would recommend.
Upon the start of the tenancy, there were already issues in my room and throughout the rest of the house. A couple of these were: My door handle was very wobbly and loose so I was I never let the door completely shut as I was scared it would shut and I wouldn’t be able to open it. I had a huge dent/hole in my closet door that I did not cause but ended up losing money on my deposit because they believed I was the one who caused it. The carpet and walls were old and used; the carpet would rise up the sides of walls and thé you could see marks where there was previously blue tack for photos. The bathroom sink would dribble onto the floor every time you used it. None of these were ever resolved. I emailed them and told them during an inspection visit about the handle and sink but it never got seen. They said they wanted to paint the house during the tenancy but it meant we had to leave until it was finished. Sometimes they came to look at something and then wouldn’t come back to solve it. Our tenancy finished in July but we didn’t get our deposit back until January and it wasn’t a full amount. Despite having cleaned the house, to what we believed was a great standard, we were charged £400 for cleaning. We were also charged £30 for a new lightbulb and to fix my dented closet door.
