Lots of inspections to make sure that rooms and communal areas are always in tact and stay at a high standard. Only issues is that maintainenxs takes a while to respond and rooms are very cold.

Friendly staff when I went to pick up the keys however have had multiple problems in the house which has taken months to get fixed, one being a leaking wall since before September and has only just been completed in January.

Great communication, great price with amazing offers, everyone is extremely friendly and willing to help, flats themselves are fantastic with great facilities. The location is really good as well.
