The house was in a good, tidy state, but they were slow/slightly reluctant to help with maintenance and at the end of the year added issues onto our deposit chargers from previous years

I was part of a 4 person house which while it was rough around the edges it was still great. Some furniture was old and creaky but at least the agency were very quick to help us with issues we had. Our washing machine broke twice over the course of the year and the agency sent out help the very next day. I think the agency were very transparent through the contract process in my opinion and we did get our full deposit back even after they had to come over a couple of times for repairs. Overall great agency, I was really happy with their response and the price of the house was great.

We’ve letted a couple houses from them the last couple of years and they were always pretty quick to fix problems like dodgy boilers and extractor fans etc. The houses were quite nice and pretty well done up.
