Not the best experience X1 are slow too respond to respond to problems.
Really poor customer service from X1 lettings. Ongoing issues in my flat that were never fixed despite multiple emails, calls etc.. We were unable to do a viewing before we moved in due to the lockdown, so we were shown a video of the flat. This was an old video as walls were heavily marked, mould in some rooms etc.. Will never rent again with X1
