It’s alright but some improvemements are needed

Unite have been very good to us so far.

The staff at my accommodation were helpful and friendly. However, Unite Students as a company lack in communication and don’t have the best interests of their tenants at heart

The bed is broken, the reception always closes early or doesn’t even open that day meaning i can’t receive parcels which is so annoying and for the price you pay things should be better

The building and premises is very welcoming and i feel and incredible sense of safety and companionship while living here
