Had to wait quite long for small issues in the house. Were quick to deal with damp and a window leak. Took very long to sort out our broken boiler which was disappointing. Also tried to keep most of our deposit, which we disputed and got most of it back. – take photos of every wall/ everything when u move in so they can’t blame u for it later.

I’ve had a reasonably good experience with them. They are quite professional and give a proper portal for logging maintenance issues. They can be quite slow if they don’t fall into their urgent category which left us without a washing machine for quite a while but other than that have had few issues. Their emergency line was not especially helpful when called late.

They are good at contacting you when signing the lease and about payments however, they aren’t good at replying to maintenance issues as the washer has been Brocken for a while. Can’t contact the landlord directly. The told us half rent over summer but didn’t follow through with this which made it quite expensive.

house is in general good condition, all appliances work. when we moved the flat could have been deep cleaned however wasn’t very clean, only general dust and dirt though nothing major. i don’t like that rent starts in july when we all go home for summer so we pay 3/4 months of rent before we even come back to uni. payments dates aren’t amazing due to when we receive student finance. house on a hole is good though.
