Butterworth Lettings – Student Reviews

Our landlord this year has been incredible. Butterworth Lettings has gone above and beyond and helped us with any issues, often showing up within the day. When coming to the house, they are extremely friendly. Fallowfield is becoming expensive to rent as a student but our property is currently fairly priced. The only downside is that this didn’t include bills but the uni homes bill package meant that this wasn’t an issue. Communication with them has always been good which is much appreciated and visits to the property for stuff such as viewings have always been easy due to contact days before.
