The house was freshly painted and had been renovated where necessary since the previous tenants moved out and we moved in to a gorgeous welcoming house. The letting agents have been very attentive with any maintenance issues we may have had and sent people over to help within 12 to 24hours of submitting a request. Sometimes they can be slightly rude if you go in to the actual office with questions but this has only happened on a few occasions.
