The contract was fairly clear. They sort out issues in a reasonable amount of time e.g. a plumbing issue we had. Waiting to see if we get our deposit back.

What a house. Showers a bit drippy tho

It is easy and convenient to send the money for the rents and there is good communication with the landlords. In my case my rent is relatively low and they always helped when I needed anything in the house.

I rented a house with Michael for the academic year 2014-2015. In that time we had a number of issues arise including mould in the majority of our rooms. After Michael had told us this was our fault (which we didn’t agree with) we strictly followed the guidelines he sent us with regards to heating and ventilation. This DID NOT alleviate the problem as we told Michael but he considered his work done and left us living with potentially dangerous mould despite several emails and phonecalls from us. At the end of the tenancy he attempted to overcharge us on our deposit. When we appealed to our more reasonable landlord the charges went from £50 each to £5! I honestly don’t know where the positive reviews are coming from. This is a letting agent who takes advantage of the transient student market solely to take their money and deflect their issues. His prices are cheap but you will be expected to live in squalor. Spend more and go elsewhere!

Rented a room in a 4 bed property for four months (needed to move closer to uni..) Michael of M3 Lettings was very easy to deal with and made the entire process simple. The house was very well presented, clean, fairly priced, and with minimal issues. Great property, great management. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

They were always very helpful and quick to getting things sorted for us if they went wrong. They were patient and understanding of our lack of knowledge on renting. Would highly recommend to students
