Lynchpin have very stylish and modern homes, can sometimes be slow when it comes to fixing maintenance problems but they do get it sorted.

Lynchpin are amazing when booking the house. They were quick to reply and to book a viewing, but now they take a while to reply and don’t really sort things out properly. We also booked our house because it had this nice decking outside but it was removed before we moved in and still hasn’t been put back.

Lynchpin are a good agent when it comes to the look of the houses but when it comes to issues within the house they take ages to respond, for example I have no drawers I told them this before I even moved in back in september and they said they would sort it, since then I have sent regular follow ups and still no drawers. Our washing machine also broke and that has still not been fixed over the christmas break even though they said they fix it the same week it was reported.

Haven’t been with them for long but any issues I’ve had have been sorted almost straight away and within a week if less. Friendly staff and always helpful. Very happy with them would recommend

Responsive and easy going, any issues are fixed as soon as possible. No issues my end.

Barry is a great landlord, he’s very responsive and easygoing if there are any issues with the house. Only thing would be to improve communications on how to change the heating in the house!

Very patient and understanding! Always sorted out any problems as soon as they could. TLC could’ve been done on the house and fixing minor issues but all in all great customer service and would recommend to any students looking for housing.
