Responds quickly to help requests. Less than transparent about rent, currently paying more than weekly rent but supposedly will equal out by end of contract. House is well decorated but not the best maintained.

The house was nice when we moved in, with good furniture and well-decorated shared spaces. The app is useful for checking the contract and reporting issues, and replies are usually quick. However, not all reported problems have been fixed, and it can be difficult to view previous payments on the app. The emails are informative, and the maintenance guy has been helpful. Overall, the house is nice, but there is room for improvement with maintenance and the app’s payment history.

House is in good shape with modern decoration and furniture. Landlords to take some prompting to solve some issues but solve urgent things in a timely manner. Poor responses to emails and often people over the phone cannot answer the questions. Swift responses on COHO app and very helpful. Some miscommunication regarding house viewings and resigning. They told us we had until the 31st of October to decide if we wanted to resign the contract. We then had an email a week later at the beginning of October saying that we had a house viewing and the house was gone.

Good communication from lynchpin when we were getting the house and since we have been there however they are quite slow with fixing maintenance issues.

We have had a fantastic experience with this letting agency. They are always friendly, helpful and professional, and any issues or maintenance problems are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Communication is great, and it’s reassuring to know that if anything does come up, it will be sorted out without any hassle.

They are not the best with helping and me emailing them constantly with no replies.

They seem helpful at the start but then one your locked in they don’t seem as helpful.

Lovely accommodation providers and overall a good experience so far. The accommodation is well managed and the team are friendly and helpful whenever you need them. The only downside is that maintenance requests can sometimes take a little while to be resolved, but overall I’ve had a positive experience living here so far!!

Lynchpin have very stylish and modern homes, can sometimes be slow when it comes to fixing maintenance problems but they do get it sorted.

Lynchpin are amazing when booking the house. They were quick to reply and to book a viewing, but now they take a while to reply and don’t really sort things out properly. We also booked our house because it had this nice decking outside but it was removed before we moved in and still hasn’t been put back.

Lynchpin are a good agent when it comes to the look of the houses but when it comes to issues within the house they take ages to respond, for example I have no drawers I told them this before I even moved in back in september and they said they would sort it, since then I have sent regular follow ups and still no drawers. Our washing machine also broke and that has still not been fixed over the christmas break even though they said they fix it the same week it was reported.

Haven’t been with them for long but any issues I’ve had have been sorted almost straight away and within a week if less. Friendly staff and always helpful. Very happy with them would recommend

Responsive and easy going, any issues are fixed as soon as possible. No issues my end.

Barry is a great landlord, he’s very responsive and easygoing if there are any issues with the house. Only thing would be to improve communications on how to change the heating in the house!

Very patient and understanding! Always sorted out any problems as soon as they could. TLC could’ve been done on the house and fixing minor issues but all in all great customer service and would recommend to any students looking for housing.
