We have a cleaner every couple of weeks who does an incredible job! Maintenance are always around same day / next day when we report any issues, and we are always sent an email to let us know that they are coming. The house is amazing! We get little goodie bags per month, including a pancake making kit for pancake day, or easter eggs at easter, which is so fun! Lastly, my housemate just won a full year of
rent for free, paid for by the letting company! Cannot fault them! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing, cheaper than most student accommodations and I’m so close to my uni campus so it’s very easy to get to lectures etc.

The house was maintained perfectly with new sofas as we arrived. Any issue we raised was dealt with quickly through the app.

A great company. Always quick to fix any issues either the house. Cleaner cones every 2 weeks. Left care packages for us at the start of the year. Always communicate when there is a viewing/ anyone entering the house for work.. Really recommend.

Luxury student homes has been great we have a cleaner who comes every 2-3 weeks which is amazing, they have been really quick to sort out any problems we had like fixing the oven, and the some of the lights. The only thing I would say is that the WiFi reach is bad and there is no dinning room table but that’s our fault when picking the house.
